During last a few years, we have experienced the remarkable progress on systems biology. Many scientists showed their interests in this field and migrated to it. In the mean time, plenty of biological models have been developed to help people obtain a deep understanding of living systems. However, most of the models are built on typical context which can not be simply used by non-specialist. Easy to use and friendly GUI for these models are expected. This project implemented an easy-to-use, user customizable and extensible GUI for simulating and analysing cellular growth models. The systems is designed for non-specialist users and provide an easy and intuitive way of initial model parameter specification, model selection, monitoring change of various model parameters during the simulation, inspecting simulation result and generating simple animation. In addition, the system has the capability of being easily extended by incorporating more cellular models in the future. This article chose Matlab as the implementation programming language and illustrated process of the project through research status-quo at home and abroad of similar systems, system functional and non-functional analysis, system architecture design, user experience design, system implementation and testing. The system was proved to meet the requirements of non-specialist users for mathematical cellular model simulation and analysis by embedding and testing of Delta-Notch lateral inhibition and Juxtacrine lateral induction model, and the usability and robustness of the system was then proved in follow-up testing report. The extensibility of the system was further proved by the fact that two new cellular models have been successfully added within the system framework by other users.
