| The electronic products are replaced more and more rapidly. It is not only more powerful in function, but also their performance is more portable and less energy-consuming. But the PCB, which is the core component of the electronic products, has brought about the electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems. This paper will analysis and research the EMI problems of the PCB based on the experience theory rules. It will use ANSYS software and the field and route collaborative simulation to analysis the experience theory rules. The field and route collaborative simulation is an analytical method which is widely used in the industry. Finally, the EMI design rules of the PCB will be summed up. The main work is as follows.1. Eight experience theories of EMI design rules will be modeled and simulated, including the trace length of PCB, via counts, trace near plane edge, return current path discontinuity, the SG trace, decoupling capacitors, differential signal lines spacing and crosstalk problems.2. It is summarized EMI design rules based on experience according to the results of analysis.3. The target PCB will be checked by EMIStream. According to the simulation results and EMI design rules, the target board will be modified in Cadence.4. For analyzing whether the EMI problems of the target PCB have been improved, the modified and unmodified PCBS will be simulated using field and route collaborative simulation.5. Finally, some measures based on pre-detection and experience theory rules will be concluded to improve the EMI problems of high-speed PCB. |
