With the Linked Data research and development in the SemanticWeb, the number andapplication of the Linked Data obtained the rapid expansion. And the Linked Data is increasing dramatically, it is necessary to research semantic navigation technology for improving the related data query needs. This paperbuilds the navigation model on the basis of Jena technologies, research the semantic navigation technology of the Linked Data.The main contents include:1.RDF data and the Linked Data. Basic concepts include RDF data and the Linked Data, the core and basic rules of the Linked Data, as well as applications and future trends associated data.2Jena development framework. We first introduce the semantic Wed development tools, focuses on the core concept of Jena development framework, Jena reasoning process and mechanism. At the same time, the Jena framework of RDF model is operatedbased on the basic operation.3. Semantic navigationtechnology.With understanding the principle of the semantic navigation, based on Jena development framework, semantic navigation model is set up with the method of depth priority query, through the correlation data attribute of type owl:same As to collect corresponding resource link.4.The Linked Data sets to the British government issued for example, this paper analysis The Linked Data sets which as an important data source from British Education, StatisticsBureau and OrdnanceSurvey Bureau.
