Design And Implementation Of Responsibility Cost Management System For China Railway Construction Corporation

With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise informatization gets more and more attention of large state-owned construction enterprises. These enterprises are taking advantage of the information means to change the traditional pattern of business management, and improve the comprehensive management level of enterprises in an all-round way. It can raise the employee’s responsibility cost consciousness, optimize the process of responsibility cost management, and create greater value for the enterprise.The paper uses MVC three layers architecture mode, and we choose open source development platform which can across the operating system, so we choose J2EE technology platform, the design and implementation of the China Railway Construction of the responsibility cost management system. The development processes of the system design are based on software engineering theory, through requirements analysis of the system, overall outline design, detailed design and implementation, system testing and finally we realizes main modules, such as personal information management module, basic information management module, the budget management module. In the whole process of system development, it strictly follows the modular program-design method, implements the functional modules with low coupling, the module internal implementation with high cohesion. It will facilitate system maintenance and upgrade. In system testing phase, we use a lot of test methods to test the system comprehensively.The responsibility cost management system of China Railway Construction Corporation is currently running stable. Promotion and application of the system can effectively reduce the influence of the artificial factors to supervise the responsibility cost management process and can maximize guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the responsibility cost management. The system also can raise the level of scientific management for responsibility cost data of the enterprise, and enhance the ability to data analysis and statistics.
