The Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On Workflow Technology

The development of computer applications and network technology, making the OA system research more and more in depth. In this project, with workflow technology using in OA system as the background, we design a general office automation system. The purpose is to make the system can adapt to the collaborative office better.All of the Work according to workflow Workflow theory, at the same time, using the object-oriented analysis and design method and UML modeling tools.This project mainly based on the basic principle, design patterns in object-oriented analysis and design, the OsWorkflow service engine expansion and renovation, its integration into the OA system, and as a part of the key. The design of the cooperative office a multi role adaptation using object oriented methodology (forworkflow processing) and the traditional non workflow processing model of OA system with non coupling. And has carried on the detailed design of interface and class hierarchy for an OA system model design, through the analysis of the OSWorkFlow engine source code, additional roles, tasks and process rollbackmechanism of management, making it a better integration and services in OA system. According to the hierarchical model, a detailed definition of design components and the package structure and gives the interface and base level.Based on object oriented and mature mode, method and workflow engine stability,usi ng OA system designed in this paper has strong flexibility (maintainability, scalability an d reusability) and system, can be more suitable for the demand of different organizati ons, institutions or units.
