Design And Implementation Of Ship E-visa System Based On Flex

Ships visa is a basic, traditional maritime regulatory means. It helps the maritime administration supervision and management of ships, cargo ships and out of port to collect information, to grasp the dynamic of the ship out of port and the protection of water traffic safety plays a very important role. But with the recent arrival and rapid increase in the number of ships, the traditional site of visas and visa window approach has become increasingly difficult to meet the economic development of shipping and ship management of visa requirements. Therefore, the study of how to use the fruits of development of modern computer information technology to develop an electronic visa system has very important significance.This article is designed and implemented based on the ship’s electronic visa system is based on J2EE Flex as the main development platform, using Flex to develop the front page, the use of Java for handling back-office operations. Therefore, the system has a good cross-platform. Functional modules of this system include:user login management module, system configuration management module, the basic information management module, visa management module, management module port charges, shipping account management module and system log management module. On this basis, focuses on the Flex-based marine electronic visa system design, including the design of the system’s overall design and each module. Then details the main module testing code, and related modules. The system is based on B/S model, combined with the idea of software engineering to ensure that the development progress of the system.The system has been continuously improve and test the final stable running on Windows platform, by contrast to other systems, with a more friendly and beautiful interface and interactivity. The system is well done and the functional requirements of the proposed solution to the problem of maritime administration’s economic development and shipping vessel visa management, improve the efficiency of vessel visa, to achieve the desired development requirements.
