Design And Implementation Of The Materials Purchase Management System For Liaonan Company

Materials purchase management is an important part of the enterprise business, and it is a process of materials purchase, storage and consumption. It is also the foundation to the unified management and respective implementation. All the materials must be implemented in accordance with the procurement plan. The occupation of funds and the cost of production can be reduced by the effective management of the procurement declaration, procurement, storage and other aspects of the settlement in the process of materials purchase.In this paper, we take the procurement business of Liaonan Industrial Company of Liaohe oilfield as the research background. The background and the significance of the topic are discussed. According to the company business, the materials purchase management can be divided into three functional modules, namely the purchase management, financial management and collection treatment. And then the material shopping treatment system is established. The system covers the procurement declaration, bidding and purchasing, supplier information, procurement, warehousing management, settlement, and so on.The system employs client/server (C/S) architecture and mainly makes use of the object-oriented database SQL Server 2008 to realize the function of data management system, and the interface of the system is designed by MFC. Related technology is summarized firstly, and then UML is employed to investigate the system and sketch it. The system design is completed by the analysis of demand modeling and case design on the procurement business of the company. The specific function is realized by MFC and SQL Server 2008. Finally, the system is tested.The paper describes the whole process of system in detail. According to the software engineering design concept, the life cycle law is used throughout the process of design, including demand analysis, system design and detail design.
