With the development of science and technology over recent years, all kinds of man-machine interface has penetrated into every corner of our society, what deeply affect our work and way of life. Today, The Research of man-machine has become a hot issue in computer science, cognitive science and so on. The essentially of the human-computer interaction process is the communication process between the user and the designer. Words as the most common way to present information in the man-machine interface, it has important research significance for transmission of information. In this article, we try to study the using efficiency of man-machine interface problems through the interactive word semantic. We choose the interaction words which on the Chinese office software as the research object, such as the common interaction words "start"、"file"、"insert". First of all, we let the participants write their associations when they see the words which show on to them in two situations, in a free environment and the other has a environment which based on Chinese office software, and try to discuss the differences in the results of the word associations which caused in two difference condition. we call this differences as "semantic differences", then we analyzes what makes the semantic differences and makes some marks between the degree of the semantic differences("semantic difference size"). Secondly, we try to investigate the cognitive effects of the interaction term which caused in differences between the different words, and mostly we do this through the results from the eye-movement experiments which treat the time that the participants costs when he or she finish the task. The results shows that:(1) there has something difference in the semantic of different words when they at the some different situation. At this paper, we can see that, the word "start" has the biggest semantic differences, and the word "file" just follow it; the word "insert" has the smaller semantic differences. (2) The differences between the word which has the different size of semantic when they at the different situation. And the results prove that the participants cost less time when they finish the task which they has more less differences.
