The Design And Realization Of The Public Security Theft And Robbery Intelligence System

Theft and robbery crime is the most affecting people’s lives of crime types incurrent society., How to effectively combat these kindof crimes are the public security organs at all levels actively study. Under the time background of information, relying on the collection and study system in the way of theft and robbery information, carrying forward the collection enforcement of it, changing the old type named who collect information and who study information, improving the efficiency of the information, maximized the value of it and making the criminal information. Therefore, it needs to study and design theft and robbery information management system including information collection, preliminary judgment and result feedback.This paper is focused on the public security theft and robbery information system.lt also introduces the service requirement analysis, the module structure, the database, the whole design of the software structure and the realization of the system in details.The main research work of this paper including following items:Firstly, analysing the design, the development background and the meaning of the development of the public security theft and robbery information management system according to the present status of theft and robbery information.Secondly, analysing the public security’s applied requirement for the management of the theft and robbery informatization, devising the work process of the basic system module, user permission and the representation,and establishing the general functional module of the system.Thirdly,developing the design of system database structure of the public security information management system platform and the overall framework according to the service requirement analysis.At last, constructing the system platform with Delphi realizing the functional requirement of all functional module, testing the system generally, and convinced the system can run stably.The development of public security theft and robbery information management system provides powerful technical support for public security theft and robbery information application.This system has integrate public security information technology, computer technology and geographic information technology, has changed the original mode of information intelligence work, enhance the level of the public security organs combat for theft and robbery crime.
