Microelectronics system for wireless sensor networking, wireless communication science and technology is greatly developed and become a new breed of access to data and solutions. It is considered one of the most important scientific and technological inventions in 21 century. For a large number of wireless sensor networking applications are dependent on the location information of nodes, that in this new field of research WSN, the network node itself is the current positioning of scientists need to solve challenging research topic, it must be meet the costs within the limits of the sensor nodes, energy and volume, reaching positioning capability low-power, low cost, low complexity and high-precision wireless sensor network nodes.Microelectronics system for wireless sensor networking can have a lot of monitor abilities. This system’s points are voice and vibration. Because the condition of video monitor is always very harshly, and it can’t cover whole of the place. But the voice and vibration monitor system doesn’t have these problems and could be hidden very well. When a event happen, this system can monitor the single quickly and send a warning message. This system has flexible using environment and reliable monitor methord.Throughout the article the whole chapter, first of all, a large number of papers on the basis of the literature review on the present situation at home and abroad based on WSN technology, and pointed out the hardware and software system components and wireless sensor network nodes composition; through and go wireless Internet Compared to explore the Internet and its inherent performance benefits of diversification of use; followed analyse how to realize the abilities of this system’s each part:the hardware circuit and software program. At the same time, the paper also explain the methord of how to control the sensor’s power., give a complete low-power scheme to make sure the system can work stablely for a long time. End of the paper, on paper summarized the work of the future research were discussed.
