In industrial production, remote video monitor system for key equipment can help the manager to keep abreast of the production status equipment and staffs operation. For this reason, a remote video monitor system based on Android system has been designed, and the prototype development of the multi angle monitoring system has been developed.The main contents includes the following four components:First of all, The history and current development of the Android system has been described in this paper simply. Meanwhile, Android design language、object-oriented design and programming ideas an、popular development tools also have been described in detail.Secondly, The methods and principles of video transmission、steering control、the function of monitoring、programming software have been dscribed in detail. The monitoring software has split three parts in PC:UI interface section、Video transmission function section、 Angle controlling section. STC11F32XE type 51 SCM is used to complete driver design and implements motion control system functional requirements by using TCP/IP network communication、WIFI、Socket communication and other related technologies. After the experimental comparison, Surface View is chosen in the final video presentation method and the imaging effect and fluency have reached the design requirements.Again, This paper simply describes of Beckhoff servo control systems, including Beckhoff equipment selection and servo PID parameter tuning. The PID parameter tuning and Matlab simulation results have been compared with a reference value for this site commissioning. TwinCAT CNC and G-codes are used for driving motion platform action.Finally, The Android remote video monitor system is used Beckhoff motion platform servo control system and the motion control test is applied and the expected research goals is reached.
