The Research And Implementation Of Mobile Internet Based Vehicles Using Service Collaborative System

Nowadays service industry is creating increasing profits and this is true of automotive industry. People’s concept of automotive maintenance is changing from passive maintenance to proactive maintenance.The presentation of active service generates new needs for car manufacturers and service stations which is building a customer-centric vehicles using service collaborative system switching from passive service to active service, based on the original car service system. With the development of mobile internet,the holding of intelligent terminals is rising steadily. Thus the scheme which is building a customer-centric vehicles using service collaborative system based on mobile internet is practical. It can provide customers with active and innovative service and enhance the influence of automobile brands.The goal of this thesis is to build a vehicle using service collaborative system participated by customers, vehicle manufacturers and service stations based on mobile internet which can provide more humanized service for customers and improves the service quality of vehicle manufacturers and service station. The main contents of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1) Nowadays automotive service industry can bring high profits,but the current service system has not reached the maximum profits,this thesis studies vehicles using service collaborative and analyzes the deficiency of current system and discusses the needs of customers,vehicle manufacturers and service stations. At last this thesis proposes the need of vehicles using service collaborative system based mobile internet:achieving information push, perfecting customer files and car archives and providing system interface for customers.(2)After analyzing the needs of the target system, this thesis proposes the solution of the target system, describes the application model and the overall architecture of the system. Thi thesis also illustrates the relationship between target system and the original system and completes the functional design and database design.(3)This thesis discusses the information push technology of intelligent terminal, studies the framework of information push on current main intelligent terminal system. At last the target system implements it’s information push based on MQTT and the network architecture design and theme space design are proposed in this thesis.(4)This thesis completes the development of mobile internet based on vehicles using service collaborative system and the realization of information push from server to client, which proves the feasibility of the design.
