Multi-users S-rough Sets Model Based On Three-way Decisions

As a new mathematical tool, the classical rough set theory is mainly used in researching and dealing with the incomplete information, imprecise expression of knowledge, classification and learning induction. In order to ensure the completeness of the information obtained and the authenticity of the conclusions, we introduce the S-rough sets. The S-rough set is based on the classical rough set. It expands the classical rough sets, and it is the tool to study the dynamic characteristics of the system,the data mining and the knowledge discovery. Because of the S-rough sets has the potential value of the theory and the application, S- classical rough sets and rough sets have different applications and different theoretical system, so both of them can not replace each other. The introduction of Bayesian theory and the rough set results in a three-way decision-making. Starting from the perspective of the three-way decision-making, thesis Pawlak rough set as the starting point, combining probabilistic rough set model, and thus the transition to decision-rough set model, focusing on the introduction of the S- rough set model and extended to multi-user and other practical problems, the above Content is based on four major aspects from theory, algorithms, procedures and examples. The multi-users S-rough sets model based on three-way decisions provides a mathematical tools to process the fuzzy information and other issues.First, the paper introduces some background research on the three-way decisions, some studies and research topics related to the current situation, the paper discusses issues related to the overall structure of, and to solve some associated basics, which mainly include:Pawlak rough set model, probabilistic rough set model, decision rough set model, S- rough set model and multi-users model.Secondly, according to the relevant experts and scholars discussed on three-way decisions based on the perspective of three combined introduced S-rough sets is proposed based on three-way decision S-rough set model. On the collection and re-division of the domain of the approximate combined upper and lower redefined and decision-making processes and S- rough sets is proposed model to do the groundwork, and further explanation and summary of the model.Once again, the promotion of S- rough set model based on three decisions to multi-user, a detailed discussion of the various multi-user model and the corresponding main scenario model applications.Finally, a detailed calculation model is given, and through the application of a model instance, describes the semantics associated; and gives definitions and methods S- rough set model attribute reduction based on three decisions.
