In this globalization times, Information system becomes a complicated system. People can not only keep to existed knowledge and management rules, but also need to discover new knolwdge constantly and adopt new management decision according to the change of the real enviroment.Information system is a dababase including objects and attributes and their relations. The relation between objects and attributes can be implied by this database, and it can't be observed at first hand, so we need to depend on some mathematical methods and computation tools to get it. Rough sets which Pawlak presented first in 1982 is a good mathematical method which deal with the problem above.Decision is a important embranchment of management science 1978 Nobel prizer Simon pointed out: "Decision is the kernel content. Management is just decision. " But decision must be based on facts and rules and be directed by values. The roles that Rough sets played in uncertainty decision become more and more outstanding when the unpredictability and uncertainty of management Information systems increase and when the complexity of Management decision system affected the decision behavior greatly. Rough sets may help us discover new knowledge during the course of Information systems decision continually , and make the new knowledge enter decision process , consequently adapt the companies to complicated and changing social environment.Information system which this paper researches is uncertainty Information system. Uncertainty which lies in the many regions such as Operation , Management sceience , Information science etc manifest many forms like randomicity, fuzzy quality , rough quality and multiple uncertainty. Therefore the research of uncertainty Information system decision methods has not only academic values, but also has widespread application prospect.
