So far, the use of Wireless Sensor Network in dynamic monitoring system of forest is increasing day by day, but most of them are supported by batteries, can not be easy to update. The most powerful solution is forest energy collection and electrical energy conversion storage technology. According to this, we analyzed the typical tress in Beijing, Yinchuan, Hangzhou and Liuzhou to do the experiments to treasure the electrical energy and its influencing factors. In terms of the experiment data and try to make a conclusion about influential rule between environment and electrical energy, to build up living tree circuit model, provide the basis for electrical energy collection and usage in the future, and promote Wireless Sensor Network in forest system. The main results are as below:Firstly, we selected typical living tree such as platanus, poplar, maple and michelia macclurei in Beijing, Yinchuan, Hangzhou and Liuzhou for spot test, and analyzed the soil temperature and moisture, soil ph, living tree ph around the living tree, and meantime record the data of electric potential difference between living tree and soil. Based on sorting and analyzing the experimental data,summed up soil ph is the most influence factor of all the environmental factors, and both of them are linear correlation.Secondly, we designed remote automatic device to collect data regarding living tree biologyelectric and environment factors. We selected platanus and platycladus orientalis as study objects, and take consecutive monitor targeting them through that device. After periodic analysis, according to all the result data, we made a conclusion that the forestry bioenergy have positive correlation with soil and air humiture, illumination intensity factors, the period is 24 hours.At last, according to the forestry bioenergy measurement and data analysis,combined with the basic theoretical knowledge of biological electrochemical, analysis power circuit model by living tree and soil, the formation of them is galvanic cell, and the experimental results conformed to the Nernst equation.
