The Design And Implementation Of Division System

With the continuous development of the Revolution of Informatization Construction, the Court Informatization Construction developed rapidly as well. The abandoned the pattern that divide directly by the President in the past, so that the division is no longer determined by staff’s subjective consciousness, but depends on the choice of machines. Therefore, the work of division is of no interventions, and eliminates the behavior of favoritism and irregularities. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional paper-based office, the cost of manpower and material are reduced rapidly, so the work efficiency has improved a lot. Furthermore, the service life of the original Division System in People’s Court is relatively long, for the high cost of maintenance and the inconvenient of operation, the old database cannot adapt to the change of the new law standards in 2009. Based on the above background, therefore, the paper designed the new Division System in People’s Court which meets the current needs urgently.The original Division System of the Supreme People’s Court is called C/S Mode System. Hence, with the development of new division system, the author adopt the current B/S Mode System. It enjoyed the advantage of flexible, high-speed access, easy to control and needn’t install any extra software in compare of the previous C/S Mode System. The system utilities the Java programming language, and adopt the J2EE Framework to construct B/S Mode System, and introduced the current Spring Framework and MVC Pattern for web design and development. Simultaneously, in order to acco-mmodate the change of the new law standards in 2009, the author utilities Hibernate Framework and establish a data persistence layer to fit the change of data items at any time. The main function of the new Division System in People’s Court is to receive the new legal case from the case filing chamber transfer to the divisional undertaker who requires the needs and the laws and regulations, and then it contains these functions:the collegial panel and the management of members, the management of judicial officers, record change query of judicial officers, etc.In the thesis, the first part is the introduction of the project background and the significance of the division system.In the second part, the author introduces the related technology of the project such as J2EE Framework, the inversion of control and the Aspect Oriented Programming of the Spring Framework, Hibernate Framework, etc. In the third part, according to the functional requirements of the project, the project is divided into four modules and analyzed them in detail. The fourth part is a detailed designation of the overall and each module of the system after finishing the demand analysis. In the end, after accomplishing the detailed analysis, the author will provide the related interface of the system implementation, the code and the parsing.
