Consequently, the paper has proposed a server system based on wechat controlling intelligent devices of IOT.Various techniques in Wechat public platform joining up intelligent devices include php, java, etc, but more developers go for Node.js whose JavaScript developing environment, event-driven and model mechanism help to make development more convenient. Wechat server number and cloud server are developed via Node.js and MongoDB. In the study, remote server controlling the intelligent devices use Express as web framework of Node.The core research mainly presents the server system controlling the IOT devices, including cloud server and developing the wechat public platform server. Cloud server connects the device client and mobile phone app, where TCP and HTTP communication protocol introduced. Wechat public platform adopts HTTP protocol and works as a channel where Wechat client communicates with cloud server and devices client.Device connects cloud server via WIFI. The whole communication is conducted by mobile app Wechat sending control commands and transferred to cloud server. Cloud server then transmits the control command to devices to change device working state; Meanwhile, device new state will be updated onto cloud server and wechat server, finally transmitted to wechat client.User can control the networked intelligent devices via wechat terminal at any place, any time and any terminal device. This approach greatly improves accommodation security, convenience, home comfort and housing artistry. Finally a new intelligent housing system will come to emerge with environmentally protection and energy saving.
