Abstract/Summary:
In the research of industrial production-process control, the effective control of complex industrial processes has been one of the main challenges in the field of controlling. For the industrial processes, whose controlled states always be affected by many factors have many uncertainties and characters like the randomness, the fuzziness, the time-varying, the strong coupling, the strong nonlinear, etc. For these reasons, the complex industrial processes are difficult to establish accurate model only based on the physical and chemical mechanism. While the control method based on the data dose not require too many priori knowledge of the controlled processes, only use a lot of input and output data stored to get the required dynamic and static quality through the process of learning and calculation. So in order to get the better intelligent control effect of the complex industrial production-processes, the method based on data is adopted.In this paper, based on the main problems about the complex industrial production processes, such as the slow convergence speed and the low control precision, a kind of control plan is processed. The new control plan is consisted by three parts. The first is using the data to establish an offline database about the synthetic ammonia decarburization, besides, in order to get more information about the variables’ state about the synthetic ammonia decarburization, the states-estimation and prediction are necessary. The second is that the iterative learning method is implicated to realize the updating of process variables model. At the same time, making the process simulation experiments combined the synthetic ammonia decarburization to prove that this kind of control method is more effective and superior than the original method like the modus using the fuzzy neural network. In the last part, according to the quality indexes such as the size of crystal grain of sodium bicarbonate, a method of quality evaluation about the process of the synthetic ammonia decarburization will be established. It is based on the principle of the minimum variance and the comparison criteria between the system output and the process quality. The method of the quality evaluation, which is an important part of the synthetic ammonia decarburization, can directly reflect the effect of control,and can ensure the performance of the system always keep in ideal working condition. Therefore, in the process of modern industrial production, the method of the quality evaluation has important application value.
