Ammonia is one of the most important inorganic chemical products, whoseproduction ranks first in all kinds of chemical products, and it is widely used, therefore, itoccupies an important position in the national economy. In the ammonia productionprocess, there are two major challenges: the nitrogen ratio of hydrogen and the ammoniatemperature control. Ensuring the quality of the products, improving the productionefficiency, has been exploring and researching by every ammonia plant.This thesis, concerning the hydrogen-nitrogen ratio control parameters, analyzes thefactors affecting the hydrogen-nitrogen ratio parameters which are difficult to control andmake sure that the main detectable amount is the circulating hydrogen. For the problem oflarge time delay process in the H2/N2this subject combining the advantages of RBFneural network, are designs the RBF neural network adaptive control system. About theuncertainty of the system, robust H and controller are designed to solve the uncertaintydue to the aging of the system, and other issues caused by external interference and finallythrough matlab make the simulation,obtain better control effect.Similarly, in the ammonia temperature control system, the warming trend must bestrictly in accordance with the theoretical curve process, but the system is the presence ofdisturbances, and can not be measured. The temperature of between each bed have seriouscoupling. This subject makes a comprehensive comparison concerning the current homeand abroad more advanced decoupling control system. Taking RBF neural networkdecoupling control as a starting point, this thesis make a profound research about theapplication of RBF neural network in the decoupling control process and through matlabmake the simulation contrast, the experimental results are perfect.In the end of this thesis, the above two problems are solved by using DCSimplementation, selected Siemens PLC to form DCS network, and selected SIMATICWinCC configuration programming, done on the PC monitor screen, and each modulewere introduced.
