The Functional Analysis And Knowledge Management Based On Pro/Innovator

TRIZ theory used to solve problems in the field of engineering and technology,which can effectively help technicians breakthrough thinking,analyzing and solving problems from different angles. Pro/Innovator,the computer aided innovation software,is integrated into theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ),ontology,modern design methodologies,techniques and more innovative engineering,natural language processing technology and computer software technology,which is an important tool to achieve technological innovation.This paper describes TRIZ theory,functional analysis and functional theories trimming methods,and the various functional modules of the Pro/Innovator,to propose the problem-solving model with the Functional Analysis and Knowledge Management based on the Pro/Innovator,by which the product Innovative design and knowledge management.Thesis completed the following works:(l)Proposing the method of functions cropped product innovation and design based on Pro/Innovator.First of all,with the help of the Pro/Innovator analysis between components and components connection of the technology systems,find the weak point of technology systems by module value/the results of root cause analysis in the module of analysis system;Secondly,applying trimming methods trims or/and TRIZ problem model to solve the problem in functional model,that is turn the function problem into trimming or TRIZ problem,and using the software evaluation module concept of program to evaluate programs,to get the final concept plan.Finally, that innovation design method was applied to improve the structure of spray glue machine,and successfully solves the problem of the spray glue machine spray pattern missing.(2)The design method of functional trimming based on Pro/Innovator to innovate and improve the patented products.First of all,establishing the patented product functional model by the functional analyzing,by the software’s value analysis components/the results of root cause analysis to find the problems technical components existing in the system;Secondly,with the aid of cutting method or/and TRIZ theory methods to eliminate the vulnerabilities of product system,and make full use of technology in the system of potentially useful resources makes the function of the system to redistribute,improving the system of ideal degrees, and then get multiple concepts after trimming;Finally,with the scheme evaluation module evaluation for the ultimate ideal solution scheme of multiple concepts.(3)Application Pro/Innovator concept of knowledge management module for final solution for knowledge management.Combined with the software keywords retrieval scheme of concept retrieval module,for knowledge management;According to the result of retrieval,we can consider the application of the Pro/Innovator knowledge management module of knowledge update or put in storage,which is convenient for further applying and innovating in the future.Based on Pro/Innovator of function analysis and knowledge management to innovation design the structure of the track inspection car,and to solve the problem of track inspection car’s assembling error ultimate solution for knowledge management.
