Meanwhile,as the representative of B2 C and C2 C online shopping becomes further popularization, as provides continuous development power for the rapid growth of express industry, and express has become a main coupling between electric business platform and terminal consumers, an important part of which the electricity supplier provides full shopping service for the consumer. Moreover, China’s express delivery industry is still in the stage of start and exploration, and can not adapt to the rapid pace of development of e-commerce which causes a lot of problems in the process of the express delivery, such as delivery services problems, delays in delivery, courier lost or deficient and express damage,etc.. These problems have seriously affected on the development of the courier industry, thereby limiting the forward pace of e-commerce and other related industries. The construction and improvement of the express intelligent delivery system a, is the key to the sustained and healthy development of electronic commerce.Among the cost of cour delivery, the delivery costs accounts for a large proportion. The reasonable delivery line has a great impact on the speed of delivery, quality of service and business efficiency, etc., especially for the delivery line arrangement for multi-region consumer, more can reflect the urgency of the optimal path of courier delivery.Adopting the method of scientific computing and making as a whole the hierarchical analysis to come up with the optimal path of courier delivery, can improve the efficiency and quality of service delivery, shorten the time of express delivery, reduce operating costs of express delivery industry and promote the sound and rapid development of delivery industry.In this paper aiming at the mentioned problems, mainly do the following works:Firstly, the paper analyzes the development situation of domestic express industry, researches the domestic express delivery service problems, through the analysis of relevant facts and data points out, the reasonable express delivery line can effectively solve the problems appeared in the process of delivery service, and so puts forward the optimal path problem of express delivery. And the paper deeply studys the optimal path problem and the related algorithms, and then mainly analyze Dijkstra algorithm and A * algorithm through graphic analysis, case analysis and the analysis of the flow chart, etc.Then, systematically studying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), making a brief description of the model of analytic hierarchy process, and the steps of analytic hierarchy process to solve the problem. For express delivery process of the actual situation, using the analytic hierarchy process analyzing the main influence factors in the process of express delivery:the path length delivery, courier amount and the time requirements of customer, next further layering the three main factors, detailing and inducing the express delivery bottom factors in the hierarchical model, building optimal path problem hierarchical model of express delivery, and combining with the relevant knowledge, theory and method in fuzzy mathematics, comprehensivly evaluate the comprehensive weight constraint coefficient vector of the optimal path of express delivery problem.Finally, in accordance with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of express delivery of optimal path problem of the comprehensive weight constraint coefficient vector, combined with the improved Dijkstra algorithm, namely M_O_Dijkstra algorithm, decides the optimal path of courier delivery. According to the results of the example analysis, analyzing the main factors on the result of optimal path and orientation of express delivery, so as realizes the intelligent wisdom express delivery.Through the study of this article, we will have been intelligent delivery courier optimal path program, and through the analysis and comparison examples, research results prove the feasibility of this article has some provide support for the theory and practice of rapid and steady development of the courier industry. |
