A Smart Home System Using Adaptive Dynamic Programming

Smart Home System is based on residence, integrated network communication technology, computer technology, embedded software and hardware technology, wireless technology, to build a highly efficient residential facility management system to achieve the home LAN or remote control to enhance the security of smart home control, convenience, comfort, and construction of energy-saving and environmental protection of the living environment. Smart Home System as a comprehensive technology represents intelligent, humanization, information technology and network development direction. Smart home can not only provide a relaxed, orderly home life for people, but also provide a modern way of life and achieve the purpose of energy saving,Firstly, Smart home system has made rapid progress and its market prospect must be so huge,but the popuse of achieving home systems innovation ignores the nature of the smart home nature.it’s so difficult to join the high-tech algorithms into the intelligent home control system,under that circumstance the development is obstracted.Adaptivedynamic programming (ADP) as a new control algorithm has a strong advantage in solving the delay nonlinear optimal control. Accordint to the fact,by analying the adaptive dynamic programming algorithm, choicing the approaching nonlinear delay systems, applicating of adaptive learning rate BP neural network,using the large amounts of data to establish the comfortable model data, assurancing the model fit and generalization ability to meet the requirements, building a good model as a model network embedded value iterative heuristic dynamic programming algorithm, and evaluate network and action networks together, using constant training to update achieve residential comfort control, to achieve the purpose of energy saving.Secondly,this paper uses C/S network architecture, utilizing Android+Wifi technology to build the smart home systems, wireless network using Wifi star network architecture to Android phone as a client, to achieve the acquisition and processing of environmental parameters, to achieve a comfortable model for controlling home automation control object. This paper also proposed a "mobile server" concept to achieve a smart home remote SMS, flying letters control and voice control, enrich control.Finally, Android+Wifi smart home system set aside out of the interface to our group of construction equipment system based on The Internet of Things, improving the system’s scalability. Through specific experiments Android+Wifi smart home system module performance testing to ensure the reliability of the system modules, system management module tests show stable operation, high reliability, with the promotion of meaning and value.
