Abstract/Summary:
Basic farmland is in accordance with the development of population and social economy in a certain period of time the demand for agricultural products, the overall planning for land utilization shall be determined on the cultivated land occupied. As a basic work of basic farmland protection, the main way of supervision and management is the census registration and inspection of law enforcement.However, the traditional sense of the census registration and inspection of law enforcement is a complicated work time-consuming, in order to simplify the procedures, the effectiveness and real-time supervision of increase, mobile network utilization of basic farmland dynamic monitoring is necessary based on Android platform.This paper addresses the problem of farmland information acquisition and the reporting requirements, the basic farmland of Anhui Province Library as the research object, mainly to solve the three key problems of cropland information acquisition system modeling-to obtain farmland spatial position information and deal with the problem, matching problem of GPS positioning data map, for mobile computing environment data report the problem, and puts forward the method of field parcel information collection based on mobile computing. Research on the acquisition of spatial information and the processing method, matching method of vertical projection map based on the single circle method, mobile environment data reporting method, developed the basic farmland supervision and management system based on mobile computing. Study on the dynamic management system can effectively solve the land in the process of law enforcement, farmland data update slow, tedious, manual collection of data is lack of dynamic supervision, real-time dynamic monitoring of the realization of the basic farmland, guarantee the quality and quantity of basic farmland, the importance of maintaining national food security.The main content on our research as followings:â‘ The theory and method for GPS localization of farmland plots. Through the mobile terminal equipment of GPS, GPS positioning for the boundary points, repeated positioning on the key points, forming a set of target area GPS longitude and latitude information;â‘¡The theory and method of spatial information map farmland plots matching. Traditional matching method based map matching area road, by the introduction of a single circle method screening, to improve the matching accuracy and timeliness; using the candidate section average historical data based on measure method from the point selected by moving the correct target mobile sections;â‘¢Gives the compression optimization theory and method for caching query semantic caching and data. Presents a method for real-time data reported to the needs of the semantic caching query and LZW compression, the poor network environment, data query and reporting issues;â‘£Development of basic farmland in Anhui Province supervision and management system. Using Android technology in the Eclipse platform research, development canachieve a dynamic supervision and map matching system, experimental verification of the theory and method for the validity of this.Further study on the research results for the basic farmland dynamic monitoring theory and method, the real-time location of mobile GPS, further establish and improved map matching model, realize the map mapping data, and report to the server communication, has a certain theoretical research value and practical significance..
