Informatization level modern hospital is higher and higher, and a typical example is the electronic medical record management system, with electronic medical record as the core. To further strengthen the informatization of hospital, we need to analyze and understand the relation among the electronic medical record data comprehensively.The paper uses the electronic medical record system of one hospital as example, in order to improve the management of medical record and information of patients, developing a system that suit for the hospital’s electronic medical record data analysis. The paper makes further research on the current situation of using of electronic medical record in the domestic and overseas and analyzes the existing problem. The function of electronic medical record including user management, rights assignment, department division, electronic medical record management, electronic medical record data analysis, electronic diagnosis. Through research and demand analysis of the hospital, the system use association rule algorithm and Apriori algorithm of the data mining technology to analyze electronic medical record data. The hospital can build a data mining platform by collating date and adding them to the relevant database, and the platform can find out the relation among these data by a series of algorithm. Doctors can use the platform to make specific treatment, thus data mining makes doctor’s work more convenient. The electronic medical record system combines B/S structure, ASP.NET and SQL Server2005, and the database is managed by the technology of ADO.NET. The system is more practical than traditional medical record management. The system can solve many existing problems of hospital and greatly promote the transition from traditional medical record to electronic medical record. The author hopes the system to be an advanced tool of electronic medical record.
