And a lot of house from many landlord support them to do this business; Following the urbanization construction, residents in some region get multiple houses from compensation for demolition and placement, the above two categories of people, some manage their houses in full-time duty, and some who have no time to do this, just employ the intermediary agent to take care of the house, and they just need to pay some intermediary management fees.In the city whose population is dense, migrant workers have been forced to rent by high housing price. Compared with Many well-known hotels are booked out in high season, middle and small size hotels have little orders.To the landlord and the intermediary, whether rented out in long-term or short-term, the main problems are as follows:1. when the tourist season comes, the hotel room demand exceeds supply, house rent rise violently and rent tenants call cannot afford, while private housing are not fully utilized, nobody or few people know this pace is for rental;2. short rent room incoming and outgoings not clear, the manual bookkeeping, simple artificial management makes the housing and financial management confusion, problems can’t follow up and solve timely;3.
