The Design And Implementation Of Financial Statements Management System For Laiwu Rural Credit Cooperatives

With the rapid development of the bank’s financial information management, the digital degree of bank financial management is increasing a lot. However, as an important support of rural economic development, Laiwu RCC has low level of information in the financial management. The digital dependence degree of financial statements is still low, and there exists the phenomenon that the number of staffs in financial statements is too large. In order to meet the urgent need of rapid economic development in rural areas, improve their working efficiency in financial management, and in consideration of its own core competitiveness, Laiwu RCC develops a financial management system which is suitable for itself.In the development process of Laiwu financial statements management system, developers analyze, design and implement the system using the object-oriented software development though, which mainly includes the design of the B/S model, UML modeling technology, the c# language. When analyze and design the system demand, they use VISIO 2007 to draw the system use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram of UML graph in detail. The realization of the system database on the server is conducted based on SQL Server2012. When making the system test, they adopt the method of combining the white box testing and black box testing, which combines the functional and non-functional testing, and improve the system.On the base of the analysis and design of the system, it basically realize the function of basic management, normal functions management, data collection, report management, report query and system maintenance. The basic management of the system mainly manages the users and the roles and rights of the users. The normal function management includes the blocks of my workbench, information announcement, my favorites and query functions. Data collection includes the function of data collection, data summary and query, subsidiary data query and summary. Report management includes the functions of indicator configuration, report design, custom query, and report query and so on. System maintenance module includes the maintenance of the business and the system. Maintenance includes index maintenance, information maintenance, and exchange rate maintenance. The maintenance of the system includes organization management, roles maintenance, menu management and system parameters.Laiwu financial statements management system greatly improves the efficiency of Laiwu RCC dealing with the financial statement, and it saves the work time and energy of the financial management.
