Facing with a growing number of trained personnel, Qujing needs design and implement a system to meet the various needs of different trainers, improving service levels as well as enhancing the influence of Qujing City.The Qujing training and checking management of safety production system was developed by the most popular object-oriented Java language, which has the advantage of cross-platform and garbage collection mechanism that the system can automatically recycle the garbage which were not be used in a long time and can release RAM. In addition, using the MVC design model divide the system into model layer, view layer and control layer, and then combining struts and hibernate framework in the detailed design. In the database design, the system used the relational database SQL SERVER 2012, which can access and change database information through lightweight JDBC encapsulated by the Hibernate framework.The system contained four modules, including training institutions information management, training management, test management and trainees management. Training institutions information management module achieved qualification application, audit information management and training institutions information maintenance; training management implemented training program information management, trainers management and trainees management; test management implemented scores maintenance, test management, test plan management, marking management and document management; trainees management module achieved the management of trainees information and responsible person.The establishment and use of Qujing training and checking management of safety production system was bound to drive the training and checking process to a higher level for Qujing. Trainees can choose courses by demands, which can not only provide convenience for trainees but also alleviate the pressure on the relevant staff, and also ensure the reliability and security of data within the database, making the training data of trainees more authoritatively.
