As an assisted therapy instrument, the ventilator plays a very important role in clinical observation and diagnosis.When doctors make diagnosis and treatments, the detected physiological parameters and alarms in the ventilator are the significant reference index. However, there are a large number of unnecessary alarms in the ventilator which will influence doctors’judgement, reducing their trust in the ventilator alarm signal, thereby missing some threatening signal and causing irreparable consequences.Given the above, this paper presents the ventilator alarm management optimization selection system, ZigBee as a medium to connect with ventilator selectively extract and choose the senior level alarms which were displayed on the PC interface of the care center station, This will reduce the possibility of doctors’ignoring to the important alarms.and improve care ward effect.Specific work as follows:1. Describes the ventilator alarm filtering systems and Describes the ventilator alarm filtering systems and the application status of ZigBee on the medical ward. On the base of domestic and foreign ventilator alarm filtering optimization scheme, The paper proposed the design and implementation of ventilator alarm filtering system based on ZigBee.2. Combined with my experience in the hospital, Give the common alarms of the ventilator and analyze their cause, and raise the alarm information management optimization. Besides, summarize and classify the priority of these alert messages and Select Intermediate alarm priority value or senior alarms.3. Design of the system hardware modules,Focusing on the ventilator alarm data collection terminals, including the overall framework of the system hardware and the circuit diagram, finally making them to work.4. Research and analysis the ZigBee technology and the MEDIBUS communication protocol of ventilator data collection, Make it clear that MEDIBUS protocol commands sent and response characteristics and data structures, clear data collection work steps in Z-Stack software development environment to program the alarm data acquisition and wireless transmission. Meanwhile designed PC interface monitoring central station, And make these come true that setting the parameters for serial communications interface program, unprocessed data show that after the screening of the alarm data show that pre-set alarm data decoding and other functions.5. Test for ZigBee networking through Z-Sensor Monitor, while the alarm is triggered, display the ventilator alarm test data. Meanwhile, On the aspects of the impact that Zigbee made to medical equipment, we have done a correlation analysis and verification.
