Objective:(1) to study the effect of micro expression recognition ability on the guanxi between enterprise employees.(2) to investigate the effects of three training methods on the enterprise employees’ guanxi.(3) to investigate the effects of micro expression recognition ability and training methods on the enterprise employees’ guanxi.Methods: the study is an experimental research, We have recruited 330 subjects in a voluntary recruitment way, who has no psychological basis,normal intelligence,between the ages of 20 to 60. After micro expression pretest,sorted by the scores to 27%,there were 180 persons divided into high and low groups,namely high group of 90 persons, low group of 90 persons. The experiment used 2(micro expression recognition ability: high vs low) x 3(training methods: experimenter guides and provides feedback to subjects vs subjects self-study vs subjects without training) double factors between subjects-design, the high-score subjects were randomly divided into three groups to receive three ways of training, namely 30 persons per-group, per-way.Low group received the same method. We Compared with the improvement degree of different subjects’ employee guanxi, after the training.T-test, Pearson correlation analysis, Univariate ANOVA and other statistical analysis were used in the data analysis.Results:1.Micro expression recognition ability was significantly and positively correlated with employee guanxi(r=0.242, p<0.01),micro expression recognition ability was significantly and positively correlated with employee guanxi of social skills,(r=0.233,p< 0.01,),micro expression recognition ability was significantly and positively correlated with employee guanxi of communication skills;(r=0.213,p< 0.01).2. experimental research showed that,people,whose expression recognition ability are low,have improved their employee guanxi significantly better than someone with high micro expression recognition ability, F(1,174) = 45.13,p<0.01. The training method that experimenter guides and provides feedback to subjects was significantly better than the self-study training method,and than the subjects without training,F(2,174) =15.80,p<0.01. The interaction of micro expression recognition ability and training method is significant, F(2,174) = 7.62,p = 0.001. Further simple effects analysis,for the low micro expression recognition ability,the difference between three training methods is significant,namely that,the training method that experimenter guides and provides feedback to subjects,people,whose expression recognition ability are low,have improved their employee guanxi under the method that experimenter guides and provides feedback to subjects,significantly better than that of the subjects under the self-study test,and than the subjects without training.F(2,175) =18.06,P<0.01.But for the high micro expression recognition ability, three training methods did not show significant difference,F<1.Conclusion:1.After the training of micro expression recognition, employee guanxi has been improved.2.People,whose expression recognition ability are low,have improved their employee guanxi significantly better than someone with high micro expression recognition ability.3.The training method that experimenter guides and provides feedback to subjects was significantly better than the self-study training method,and than the subjects without training.4.People,whose expression recognition ability are low, have improved their employee guanxi under the method that experimenter guides and provides feedback to subjects,significantly better than that of the subjects under the self-study test,and than the subjects without training.But for the high micro expression recognition ability, three methods have no effects.
