Design And Implementation Of Charging System For Property Management

In recent years, the constant upgrades of financial systems and property management have been bringing great challenges. How to easy property management, how to improve the accuracy of financial data and how to facilitate staff one-stop payment have become urgent problems.Property management involves various and complex management objects, including staffs, housing, water, electricity, heating and other aspects. And coupled with changing management policies, those related to financial work must be accurate. So using traditional methods of property management has been unable to meet the needs of current developments. In order to enhance the level of real estate service and optimize the collection of fees, the property charge management system based on network design and development have become an important part of information construction.The charging system for property management discussed in this paper is a payment platform based on network. After investigating current situation of property management, we proposed a charging system for property management construction based on b/s architecture, and designed and implemented the system on this basis. In this article, firstly we introduced the development background and current research status of charging system for property management, and then carried out the system requirements analysis. After that we presented the general design of the system and completed detailed design of the system. Finally we developed system functions.We used the Java language to develop the background business modules of the system and JSP (Java Server Pages) technique for front-end modules. Oracle database and CentOS are used in this system. To ensure the safety and stable operation of the system, a firewall was used to connect the system with the internal and external network.The system has great UI interface with humanized design and thorough function modules. The data of this system is secure, accurate, and reliable. After steady system requirements survey and particular design, we developed this system and tested it carefully. After a long time on-line operation, clients expressed that the system met the requirements very well. They gave feedbacks that the system improved the efficiency of property management and level of service greatly.
