The Design And Realization Of The Data Collection And Management Module In College Admission Analysis System

The College Entrance Examination is always the topical issues concerned by the public. In the whole process of college admission, completing the volunteer and admission criteria is the key and most complex point. At present, our national college admission mechanism existed disadvantages. For example, the imperfect expression of the candidates’volunteer, the inadequate realization on student recruitment and admissions. All these result in the uncertainty when examinee completed the volunteer. Flunking in the College Entrance Examination with high scores will be inevitable. Although there is abundant information in the Internet, we can get a lot of information about college admission and enrollment. But all these information are scattered and simple structure. We need to spend a lot of time and vigor on finding the information we want. After finding the information, we also need to arrange and analyze them in order that we can get useful message to the current choice in completing the volunteer. This kind of situation is in dire need of improvement.Establishing a system which has abundant information about college enrollment and admission and can analyze this information scientifically and can show the result with diversified and humanized visualization effect is urgent required by examinee and their parents. After analyzing the gathering process of information about college admission and enrollment and combining the thought of information intensive management, this article designed and realized the information management module of a College Entrance Examination admission analysis system.At first, this article discussed on the basis of the project background and the problem when design and develop of the information management module of a College Entrance Examination admission analysis system,. analyzed its functional and non-functional requirement. In addition, this article illustrated in detail these requirements by use case diagram and activity diagram.After the requirement analysis, this article conducted the architecture design of the system on the basis of requirement. At first, we presented the system’s design principle and target according to the requirement. Then, we designed the system’s technical framework and functional architecture. When designing the technical framework, we sufficiently considered the system’s extensibility and maintainability and optimization. In the end, we decided that this system’s information management module use Java C/S structure. In the process of functional structure design, we discussed the partial function composition and then get an integral system framework.After completing the system structure design, this article getting the information management module’s detail design. This part gave detailed description of each sub-module’s design. In the process of detailed design, in order to record the design process and result more accurately, we record and explain each sub-module by class diagram or sequence diagram or collaboration diagram and so on.In the end, this article described in detail the module’s test process which including the selection of test case, the process of unit test and module test. And then, we described the problem when testing and their solution. After the test, we get a stable and available system.To sum up, under the guidance of the thought of software engineering, after undergoing five steps including the demand analysis, system design, detailed design, coding and testing, I finally finished the design and implementation of information management module of a College Entrance Examination analysis system.
