With the rapid development of communications, the model of Jining mobile company expands quickly, and the requirement is higher. Lastly, it used the Oracle 10G to finish the design of the database.The TD circuit management platform of Jining mobile company has achieved main business, which are 2G basic data management business, circuit management business, report statistics business and the system management business. The first model implements the management of DDF(digital distribution frame, also known as the high frequency distribution frame), ODF(optical fiber distribution frame), equipment, ring network and the channel. The second model implements the management of 2G circuit and the TD-3G circuit. The third model implements the statistics of circuit, resources and logs. And the last model implements the management of employees, integrated information,data and the operating logs.The construction and use of this system can improve the information management of Jining mobile company and improve the service level and efficiency, which could reduce the overall cost of the maintenance.
