The Design Of The Integration System About The Monitoring Equipments Of The Hotel

With environmental protection and energy saving ideas growing and labor cost pressures in creasing, now there is an increasing demand for five-star hotel intelligence system. Based on my research at this stage on the design and construction of a Five-star hotel project, with my analysis and investigation of the operation mode and of equipment operation characteristics, this essay focuses on the Five-star hotels--- this special kind of buildings and proposes some solutions for the integration of the intelligent system for five-star hotels.First, this essay introduces the concepts and the developments of Five-star hotels monitor system for construction equipment and domestic applications, and describes the needs for the integrate of the Five-star hotel intelligence system, and final design goals that is to be achieved. In the part for the subsystem design, the article focuses on the features, structures and the main parameters of the subsystems like the automatic fire alarm and fire systems, building automation systems, integrated, security management systems, background music and public address system parking management systems, satellite cable TV systems, and etc, and shows the feasibility of how to connect the interfaces, protocol accesses of the different subsystems into the same opera ting platform. In the part of the application of the software, the article focuses on how to build a intelligence platform integrated with network system, information system, automatic system to form the internet for the hotel and property manage system, thus we can achieve the integrated management for the automatic monitor and control system of the equipment and the automatic office system of the hotel.
