Electric thermal fore well is important equipment of lead and residue separating systems in smelting companies. How to rebuild the control system from manual control into automatic control, how to achieve maintaining the temperature of electric thermal fore well stable, and keep the current of the three phase of the power-supplying transformer balance, has become a research hotspot in smelting systems. A design of integrated intelligent control system is introduced in this thesis in order to solve the automation of electric thermal fore well which has characteristics which are difficult to build mathematical modal, nonlinear, large time-delaying, time-varying and strong-disturbing.Firstly, the research background and origin of this task are given. After summarizing the characteristics of nowadays control systems domestically and abroad, difficulties and developing trend are introduced, the way of designing control system is put forward combined with this project. Based on the demand of technique of the project, exact performance of control system is given, conclusions why traditional can not work is explained and solving method is introduced. Design of the system is discussed theoretically, which are: dividing the system into supervising level, operating level and executing level optimizing producing process, and, dividing control into temperature integrated intelligent control inside loop and electrode current balance integrated intelligent control outside loop. Fuzzy strategy, artificial neural network, expert control and optimizing control are used separately to improve performance. Applying of system is divided into software and hardware. Hardware structure includes core module, multi-sensor detecting module, high-linear transferring module and motor-driven module; software design consists of data collection and processing module, data management module, control algorithm module and help module. The running of the system proved the validity of integrated intelligent control system. On the foundation of the design and application of the system, the bright future of the using of integrated intelligent control system is pointed at last.
