| In recent years, the e-commerce becomes most popular between enterprises and consumers, In order to help businesses from passively waiting for customers to take the initiative to invite potential customers, online business consultation management system arises at the historic moment. The aim is mainly to provide a good communication platform for enterprise salesman and customer, and also make it quickly and conveniently for the enterprise to get customers’ resources.Firstly, the user-requirements of online business consultation management system are analyzed in detail. The difficulties and technical measures of the system implementation are put forward, mainly include:ensuring of communication performance, labeling unique visitors, good user experience. DMZ technique is adopted to protect the database safety.Secondly, based on the user-requirements and inner control system, the system has been designed divided as four function modules:client management module, visitor module, customer service module and server module. The architecture and modular design of the general system and sub-modules are elaborated successively. The client management module is designed based on B/S model and light-weight SSH architecture. The customer service module is designed based on C/S model. The visitor module is build up with Flex technology. Additionally, the server module is developed on the J2EE platform. This article also introduces the communication of visitor and customer service module with server module, and Select model is utilized for the communication.Finally, the implementation of the system is described in detail. The sub functional modules are adopted by ways as combining the module flowchart of operation, the operation results even with major code, which include visitor, client service and server modules. |
