With the urgent need of location, navigation and time service in fields such as military, industrial and agricultural, the global and regional location system has been established and implemented on a global scale. The accuracy of the final positioning, navigation and timing services is directly impacted by the navigation signal. A good signal system as well as a set of functional signal monitoring, analysis and evaluation system is needed in order to provide high performance of positioning, navigation and timing services. At present, the signal monitoring and evaluation system exists defects of single acquisition equipment and too much human intervention. It has a poor real-time performance that identifying signal when monitor the interference signal whole scene.In consideration of data redundancy and heterogeneous, time consuming and low efficiency of manual operation resulted by the diversity of the acquisition device, as well as the characteristics of the signal monitoring, analysis and assessment of the navigation satellite. We designed signal analysis and the data fusion platform based on the navigation satellite. The main contribution of this paper is presented as follows:This paper introduces the system architecture of this platform and system composition in detail, and completed the task management subsystem, interference analysis subsystem and antenna and channel calibration subsystem.We put forward the improved plug-in model that based on plug-in framework model of drag-and-drop, which can effectively solve problems of the heterogeneous software platform restructuring and low efficiency. The plug-in model is convenient to operate and has simple development interfaces.We proposes an automation task management model and design a suitable application layer transport protocol which compose of the protocol definition from different fields of packet header, parsing, packet, fault-tolerant processing mechanism and the design principle of data volume.In this paper, we presented the spectrum signal identification algorithm which can improve the recognition rate and real-time performance of signal identification.It turns out that the plug-in model can effectively improve the development efficiency through the gantt chart of the software development process and the specified tasks can be orderly executed by the automation process from the trial results.The processing time of signal recognition algorithm is less than 0.2 seconds which can real-time respond the spectrum data and the recognition rate is far more than the expected goal.
