With the development of optical fiber sensing technology,fiber optic sensors have been widely used in industrial and military fields due to their significant advantages.However,while developing,there are still many problems.Nowadays,most fiber demodulation systems can only process one type of sensor information,and cannot combine multiple sensor signals.At the same time,the traditional distributed fiber temperature measurement effect is not ideal;the demodulation accuracy and demodulation of the demodulation system Speed is not yet fully adequate for industrial applications.Based on the above questions,this paper has done the following work:1.The basic principle and demodulation method of optical fiber sensing technology and optical fiber sensor are briefly introduced,and the signal fusion technology and process are analyzed theoretically.2.Aiming at the problem that the traditional fiber-optic sensing demodulation system fails to fuse the fiber point signal with the distributed signal,this paper designs and integrates a fiber point distributed multi-sensor fusion demodulation system,which can simultaneously measure the point sensor and Distributed sensor signals,and by using multiple point FBG sensors to improve the accuracy of distributed temperature measurement,deep fusion calibration of point distributed signals.The various demodulation algorithms used in the integrated demodulation system are briefly introduced,including CZT demodulation algorithm,local fitting peak demodulation algorithm and Raman temperature dual demodulation algorithm.The application occasion and accuracy of the demodulation algorithm,wherein the phase fluctuation is ±0.0032 rad and the wavelength fluctuation is ±0.002 nm.3.In order to improve the demodulation accuracy of the system,this paper analyzes the noise of the pre-demodulation spectral data and the demodulated result data,and adopts various denoising algorithms according to the requirements,and is applied to the demodulation system.It is verified that the system output fluctuation is reduced by 84% through the optimization of the denoising algorithm.The linearity of the point FBG temperature measurement and the point FP pressure measurement are both above 99.9%,and the distributed temperature measurement accuracy is improved by 54%.The tuning system is more stable and can work in different environments.4.Aiming at the graphical visualization and integrated system performance required in practical application projects,this paper develops a software system based on C++ language for fiber point distributed multi-sensor.The system adopts layered design mode and modular design method.Reduces the coupling between functions and makes the software structure clearer.At the same time,it analyzes the problems of UDP packet loss,slow database query,multi-thread synchronization and software security in the software system,and proposes specific solutions to make the software run more efficiently and safely.
