The techinque of test has revolutionarily changed with the development of Internet. Test has broken through the limit of time and space on the basis of opening and distribution of Internet. Now, test system on Internet is the studing hot point.This project “test system in net education is a subsystem ” is a subsystem of distant education between Jepan and China, which was developed by NETS and TOSHIBA. This project offers test function on network. The project offers teachers administrating themes, editing themes, administrating test paper, correvting test paper,analyzing test and offers students individualized testing enbironment, searching score and situation of studying.The system offer traditional test mode and compuerized adaptive test mode. The development of network technique and adaptive theory makes adaptive test system a realite. The high effected and shared data bases can be built in adaptive test systemic The project can offer test in any time and any place. At the same time, the project can make evaluating more preciseness and impersonaliy.Teacher can convieniently organize and correct test paper, analyze parameters and information of tests. By using this system, teacher can know of the gap of content and the choke point of lecture and increase effect of teaching and offer profitable help to students. Students can take part in the tests of teacher appointed and take part in the individualized tests. Students can search how about his studying, his missing knowledge. Students can know of his studying situation and get intellectualized advices by analyzing information from test records.What I have done in this project is system design, study and implement adaptive test. I also take charge of this project implementing. This paper mainly discusses three problems:(1) the base of organizing adaptive test paper: evaluating study ability of students and analyzing effect degree and belief degree of tests. How to use statistics method to estimate them?(2) the demand of taking out themes for adaptive test and how to take out themes in advance.(3) DNA three tiers frame using in system designand application technique using in progress.The project completed the demand of design. The project offers the onverient interface and has better ability of adaptive test. The test, which project builds, has good effect degree and belief degree.
