The mission of the community education is to enhance the individual learning accomplishment for human beings. It is one the important ways to construct a learning-style society. Firstly, the thesis proposes a whole system of the individual learning, including data model, functional structure, service process and key technology.Secondly, it gives out the scheme of the main modules of the individual learning system in detail according to the sequence of the handling of log, including the pretreatment module of the web log, the analysis module of the visiting behavior based on the sequence mode, the users categorize module based on fuzzy clustering and the recommend module of the individual pages.Thirdly, it introduces a test of the effect of the individual learning system. The system can recommend the resources information that is combined to their interests to the users by means of making a contrast between the use of individual learning system before and after. The recommended range of the resources can meet the users'requirements of the individual learning . Finally, the thesis makes a summary about the existing problems in practice and the optimization problem of the system is discussed.In a word, the basic idea of the thesis is by the part reconstruction or expansion of the original system, uses the data mining tools properly to realize the individual learning services. This kind of way can realize the seamless cohesion with the original system, reduce the development time and money. It has a good technical and economical feasibility.
