With the continuous development of economy and the refinement of social division of labor,more and more enterprises will choose to outsource their non-core business while pursuing high-quality and professional services.Thus,many professional third-party logistics enterprises appear.However,for many third-party logistics enterprises,there is no professional dispatching software for vehicle scheduling and path planning while going on customer service.At present,manual scheduling method is still used for vehicle routing planning,which leads to some problems in vehicle routing planning.T company is a professional third-party logistics company,major business is in bulk cargo transportation,part-load transportation,trunk transportation,vehicle transportation,city distribution services and other activities.T company has a station in South China(Foshan Station),which consists of four secondary distribution centers,namely Baiyun,Panyu,Daliang and Shishan.T company Panyu Distribution Center's current vehicle scheduling scheme has exposed such problems as unreasonable route planning,roundabout vehicle routing,no-load vehicles in the return journey and so on,which leads to the increasing cost of distribution.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes to optimize the vehicle routing of Panyu Distribution Center in Guangzhou of T Company.Firstly,according to the research content of this paper,the relevant literature is searched and sorted out.It mainly includes the summary and induction of the related theory of the operation process optimization of distribution center,vehicle routing problem model and algorithm selection.Secondly,the current situation and problems of vehicle routing planning in Panyu Distribution Center of T Company are analyzed,mainly from the customer demand of Panyu Distribution Center,and the current operation process of the Distribution Center.The problems of long driving mileage,low vehicle loading rate and low punctuality of pick-up and delivery operations are found,and analyze the causes of these problems.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the vehicle routing optimization scheme of Panyu Distribution Center based on the improvement of operation process.According to the delivery and pick-up requirements of customers,all delivery orders and pick-up orders are collected to Panyu Distribution Center the day before,and each customer's delivery and pick-up requirements are integrated through information summary.Which is the basis of VRPSDP model,Based on the actual situation of Panyu Distribution Center,this paper adds three factors:multi-vehicle type,soft time and hard time window,and Panyu Distribution Center's own business time.Taking the minimum total distribution cost as the solution goal.Finally,using the genetic algorithm to solve the model,and the algorithm is programmed on the platform of MATLAB R2016a.According to the data provided by Panyu Distribution Center,the vehicle routing plan of Panyu Distribution Center monthly and daily is obtained.By optimizing the operation process of Panyu Distribution Center and establishing a new vehicle routing optimization scheme,the new vehicle routing optimization scheme greatly reduces the number of vehicles used in Panyu Distribution Center,reduces the vehicle mileage of Panyu Distribution Center,and also improves the vehicle loading rate.At the same time,Panyu Distribution Center customers'time window satisfaction has been greatly improved,so that customer satisfaction has been improved.This paper contains 8 graphs,23 charts and 59 references.
