Unlocking industry, which serves as a special service industry, is in poor and ineffective supervision and management, thus unable to guarantee the quality of industry service and owners’ security. At present, the current social information collection platform owned by the police is a comprehensive developing application platform containing information collection sharing of multiple businesses, which can implement a unified supervision and management by security department on stamps, odds, hotels and other special businesses. Therefore, on the basis of social information collection platform, the subsystem of unlocking industry is developed for its detailed information and supervision and management of the whole unlocking process, laying a solid foundation for strengthening its management and suppressing illegal crimes involving unlocking techniques.With the development of information technology, mobile phones have become an important tool in people’s life because of its portability and increasingly abundant smart functions. Because of the irregular unlocking spots, there are problems arousing like randomness for the unlocking information registration, confusion for order assignment process, failing to submit the order information security and so on. To solve those problems above, it is in great need to develop a security management information system for unlocking industry. It consists of 3 parts: the backstage management sub-system, Police based unlocking information management sub-system and Android based unlocking information management sub-system. This essay will make a more detailed elaboration on the last one.The essay, supported on social information collection platform, targets on client user and takes its portability, information security, phones performance and other features into account. It mainly deals with the design and implementation of the unlocking security management information system based on Android(Android unlocking sub-system for short). The main work involved is expressed as follows.1. Putting forward a polling and order-assignment method aiming at the profit fairness problem of unlocking corporations.This system is correspondent to the calling center by receiving the unlocking order assigned by the calling center. The amount of the orders accepted by corporations is in closerelation with its profit. This essay adopts the corporation polling method by the district partition. And the fairness of the assignment and amount balance of the orders are achieved to the best when orders assigned according to the scale corporation, current orders situation, distance between corporations and unlocking spot and other factors.2. Using 3DES encryption algorithm to encrypt data transmission.With the help of research on 3DES encryption algorithm and technique of data encryption transferring, private information involved in like users ID and address is encrypted, in which the transferring process and server are in no contact with the apparent script, thus ensuring user security. Meanwhile, in accordance with the system characteristics, the 3DES encryption algorithm is improved, thus solving the decrypting disaccord problem between the server and Android mobile client. This algorithm also applies to IOS platform, enabling the system a stronger expansibility.3. For the particularity of mobile performance, using push technology news in real-time news updates.The mobile collection end should have a real-time monitor on the server about whether new orders arrive. This Android unlocking sub-system takes message pushing technique by the server sending data to the mobile collection end initially when new orders arrive. It saves both the just cost and the rate of battery and flow of mobile phones.4. Design and Implementation of the Android unlocking sub-system.According to customers’ requirements, this system has been already finished based on the development rules of Software engineering. It has been spread and employed in Lang Fang city after testing. Up till now, there are altogether 70 unlocking business users and over 100 employed staff, with daily order amount up to 100 on average. The whole system is functioned in good condition and gets highly commented by users. Next, the system will be extended to the whole province.
