In recent years, with the development of society and advances in technology, the high -precision three-dimensional servo platform has been rapid development, which is widely used in the military field and civilian fields. The issue is based on the intelligent unmanned vehicle development project, its background of application, for the mechanical structural design of high precision three-dimensional servo platform, system control method, and how to realize the servo platform stability and tracking purposes such as key technologies on the servo stabilized platform is developed.The main topic is the development of high-precision three-dimensional servo platform, the main contents of the system design of mechanical structure and algorithms analysis of stable tracking control. First, the design and analysis of the overall program of the high-precision three-dimensional servo platform, based on the performance of a stable platform required to complete a stable platform for modeling and design of mechanical structures. And based on the stable platform of the processing materials of mechanical structures, drive elements and key components were analyzed, calculation and design type.Secondly, this system based on the principle of XGZT-Ⅲ posture sensor, using classical PID control algorithm, for the high-precision three-dimensional servo platform stability and tracking performance were studied. According to the control mechanism of the three-axis coordinate platform, the control system of stable platform do a loop control structure for the loop speed control and the outer ring road control.Finally, the stabilized platform in mechanical structure design and error factors exist in the process of system simulation are analyzed, and based on the summary of these error sources and overcome to make the stabilized platform system to meet the basic design requirements.
