Wireless Body Area Network as the wireless sensor network in the field of medical application, has the very big application prospect, is expected to replace manual supervision. It was assigned in the body by the sensor network nodes, and form a network by means of wireless ad-hoc network, the technology combined with wireless sensor technology, wireless communication technology, data processing technology, etc., technology cross height field. And at present for WBAN network layers in the standard is not unified formulation, so many technical haven’t reached the mature stage, also began to develop in phase. Micro sensor nodes is restricted by the problem of energy has been widely used in each big bottleneck problem, in the field of WBAN is not exceptional also, and, due to the use of the environment problem, the sending and receiving power of the sensor nodes must be controlled in the range of low, in case the organization have a harm to human body, and second because the body would not have been in the stationary state, so the topology structure will change with body movement, so this article is about the problem of these two aspects were studied.WBAN mainly comes from the communication node energy consumption, the energy dissipation of the sending and receiving messages, so the reasonable design of data sent as WBAN energy-efficient routing protocol can refer to one direction. In order to solve the problem of data transmission reliability, this paper also puts forward the relevant improving methods. First of all, in this paper, the wireless channel model of domain network, business types, movement characteristics, energy consumption,and so on aspects to introduce the relevant, before it is put forward energy efficient routing protocol must consider several factors. Second in on-demand driven routing protocol, on the basis of the DSR protocol, put forward the improvement of energy efficient routing protocols, this protocol takes into account the residual energy of the path, path routing hop and node business load factors such as size, choose a minimum cost path for message transmission, the ultimate purpose of the agreement is to minimize energy consumption during the work of the whole, the advantages of both the on-demand driven routing, and fit the special applications of WBAN environment.Second, the WBAN topology structure dynamics problem, this paper presents a method to enhance the reliability of data transmission, combining the advantages ofadaptive network latency, based on the probabilistic routing protocol was proposed,the agreement does not consider how the network topology changes, consider only nodes and between nodes encounter probability, by probability, caching, connection time to determine the influence factors, such as sending messages or not, to improve the reliability of WBAN data transmission, reduced the time delay. By probability forecast to improve reliability of data transmission in WBAN is a relatively new approach, by NS2 simulation compared to other routing protocols, comprehensive performance is more outstanding.The paper introduces the network simulation tool NS2, internal composition and process of simulation, the results of simulation analysis and so on. According to sedate the EA-DSR routing protocol, made the corresponding improvement for the DSR routing in NS2, DSR and the EA-DSR routing protocol for the simulation analysis, finally compares both the energy consumption in the net in wireless domain,comparison and analysis in this paper, the proposed routing protocol is better than the other agreement in save the network energy.
