In order to realize the comprehensive test on the two DC power supply for various technical indexes, in this thesis, the secondary DC power parametric test system is designed. The parameters include:load stability, voltage stability, efficiency, transient response and ripple factor and so on.At first, the test parameters of the second DC power supply were analyzed and a few test methods were discussed and studied, a plan that accomplish the system design by using ARM7 processor for signal acquisition, signal processing and controlling electronic load was brought up. At the same time using Lab Windows/CVI software development platform to complete the PC user application development, through the PC to display and store the background data of the secondary DC power supply.The hardware circuit includes electronic load circuit, current detection circuit, D/A conversion circuit, electrical isolation circuit, voltage detection circuit, detection circuit, the ripple voltage detection circuit and the voltage regulator circuit. ARM microprocessor software program use the IAR Embedded Workbench For ARM to realize the data acquisition and processing, which is based on ARM7. The PC applications use the Lab Windows/CVI software development platform to receive the data from low computer, then display and store this data.The experimental results of the test system are analyzed in this paper. This experiment shows that the test system can realize test function for the two DC power supply, and display and store the testing data in PC user application. This testing system basically meets the design requirements.
