With the inter-connection of large-scale power grid and development of electric power market in China, the operation of power system become more flexible. Fast and accurately method for stability control is required. it is hardly to satisfy the stability control requirement by traditional schemes based on"offline stability analysis and simple decentralized control". We should pay more attention to research a novel stability control system based on"online pre-decision and real-time match"method.The first practical involvement with the author of "the novel on-line pre-decision transient stability control system of Central China Power System based on online stability calculation using real-time data from EMS" engineering practice mission to advance the practical decision-making stability control system introduced with the problem of recall. Then, in allusion to these instance include obvious great change of the Central China Power System structure at present, and the users have new requirement, and the original instituted system design suffered repeating modification after user incessantly put forward new scheme, expansibility of the system design is not so good and some problem in the long-term running system etc., the paper brings forward something require to improve on to the original system.Finally, the paper put forward an idea that through to the power flow calculation in the original system and voltage adjustment method study made to the structure of the original system redesign, and designs the amendatory scheme to the origin system based on the .NET Framework core technology that uses ADO.NET, XML Document, Collection, File Stream and Connectionless DataSet these technology to improve on the database access and data storage method in order to enhance the speed and stability of the system analysis and decision. That the ultimate test of the new system both from the rapid, stability, and for the expansion and the compatibility of the system as a whole may have been enhanced.
