With the continuous development of computer network technology and information technology, the security of network information becomes very important. At the same time, the biological science and technology develops rapidly, especially the application in the field of identity authentication. Because of the large area, covering information rich, high accuracy, high user acceptance and other Advantages, palmprint has owned high attention of researchers all over the world. In practice, the authentication system based on palmprint is attacked illegally. Based on the characteristics of homomorphic encryption technology, without discrypting matching two encrypted palmprint features can be realized and all the palmprint features in database are homomorphic encrypted to protect the palmprint template. Therefore, the application range is very wideThis thesis has studied and summarized the identity authentication based on homomorphic encryption thoroughly, proposed secure palmprint authentication schemes. The main research results are as follows:1、The methods of applying homomorphic encryption to identity authentication system are summarized and a palmprint authentication scheme based on homomorphic encryption is designed. The protocol authentication, registration, updating the database and the cancellation are introduced in detail. With the characteristics of public key cryptography, symmetric key cryptography and hash function, secure transmission and storage of palmprint template are ensured.2、Based on the authentication scheme proposed, a practical system is realized and composed of client and server components, containing the client interface, the registration interface, authentication interface, update the database interface, the cancellation of the interface and the server interface. Network communication on both ends is discussed in detail. A secure database in the server is designed. At the end, the safety and accuracy of the system has been tested.3、The identity authentication scheme is applied to the cloud computing environment and a palmprint authentication service based on homomorphic encryption scheme is designed, composed of user registration, login authentication system, get service, database update and the cancellation; Then, the security of the scheme is analyzed; Finally, compared with other schemes, with using homomorphic encryption technology this scheme has some advantages.In this thesis, Visual C++2010 is the system development platform, the backstage database uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
