With the recent advances in MEMS, Wireless Communication and Digital Electronics, WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) become an important way to acquire information.WSN use tiny sensor devices to collect data and send them back to Sink nodes by automatic transport between the wireless nodes. WSN has a significant impact for human life, it will play an important role in the future as it has an extensive application prospect in IOF(The Internet of Things).This paper was supported by the "National Science-technology Support Projects". In this paper, to solve poor universality and compatibility in WSN visualized management system working at different application scenarios, uncleared and information-hidden topology layout structure at large-scale nodes condition. A general WSN visualized topology management system and an optimized force-directed based WSN topology automatic layout algorithm has been presented. The main works of this paper are as follows:1.This paper presents an general WSN visualized topology management system. Firstly, this paper discusses the requirements of WSN visualized management and provides a set of complete design plans for visual system. It includes every step from topological information acquisition to standardized topological graph storage, such as "passive" topological information transmit, visual nodes caching based on adjacent matrix, topology management information database design, storage mode with standardized graph pattern description language based on GraphML.2.This paper presents an improved algorithm for WSN automatic topology layout based on force-directed algorithm. In order to get the solution of automatic layout, which is the main problem in the processing of WSN visualized, the algorithm improved the traditional force-directed algorithm(FDA) considering the special requirements of large-scale sensor network. It uses center degree evaluation to get the nodes importance rank, and get the logical partitioning based on the degrees of nodes. This algorithm improved WSN layout result by importing the rank result to FDA. Experimental result show this algorihm can create better structure for understanding the WSN topology features.3.This paper implements the general WSN visualized topology management system. The system uses the development norms of J2EE to develop the system business tier, WEB tier, data interaction tier and client tier. Then exhibition the central modules and friendly man-machine interface. Compared with the existing WSN visualized management system, this system can be deployed more easier, and it has highly optimization for general use, and it can get better visual effect.
