Direct detector, without local oscillator, made of HTS Josephson junctions has a good performance for wide band. And it is a high sensitivity.High temperature superconducting direct detectors acquire many concern by people because of its value and research significance.Because of THz wave energy is low, and susceptible to the effects of moisture in the atmosphere, it is a helpful to improve the system. We make a further research on the improvement of devices on the basis of our predecessors.The main research are outlined as follows:1. We redesigned R-T testing system, which optimized R-T testing system. The temperature of the testing-box changed uniformly and measured stability, which improve the effect of the thin film R-T test.2. We redesigned the filter circuit. In the new RC filter circuit, we use a parallel circuit that a large capacitor (0.1 uF) in parallel a small capacitance (10pF). The experimental results show that it can filter low frequency noise and high frequency noise caused by a variety of uncontrollable factors in experiment at the same time.3. We used the optimized system to complete spectrum measurements under different terahertz sources in the THz range of 0.1~2.5T. And we studied the correlation between superconducting detectors and its components. And we also studied the influence of different working parameters on the spectrum line-width.
