The Design And Implementation Of Real-time Cross-bank Credit Card Payments

This paper mainly introduces the project of real-time cross-bank credit card payments of 99bill to solve currently problem of hard payment for credit cards. It contains several processes. Firstly customers pay on platform of 99Bill. Then 99Bill launches payment request to the bank by loaning for customers at the bank, and recovers the limits immediately after the bank accepts this transaction. Finally 99Bill liquidates and reconciles with the bank at day of T+1 by downloading reconciliation file. Compared to offline channels, repaying online not only saves much time but also eliminates the cost of cross-bank transfer. Online payments usually take two or three days to complete, but this project makes credit cards’ limits immediately recovered after the payments possible so as to contribute wide and positive significance to bank credit card center, third-party payment companies and credit card users. The main work of this paper is:1. Describe the background of this research in detail and analyze related technologies and frameworks. This project is based on framework of Spring, combining with pattern of MVC and framework of Hibernate and some other technologies to complete the work of front pages and background businesses.2. Analyze the overall requirements of this system and design in detail. Modules are divided as payment gateway module, repayment gateway module and so on.3. Implement this system according to the analysis and design above and introduce the technologies related including explanation of related classes, code and implement interfaces.4. Summarize, take an outlook of this system and analyze the problem in this system.This system is implemented and successfully released to users what has proved that this system has good value and brings great convenience for credit card users.
