The Internet of things is considered to be following the computer, Internet and mobile communications and a revolution in information industry, of which the manuf acturing industry of the Internet of things is an important basic technology of led by Germany, the fourth industrial revolution. Manufacturing industry of the Internet of t hings can break through the existing manufacturing system in information access, con trol and human-computer interaction and management of integrated and collaborative ability weak limitations, for distribution through perception device in the manufacturin g environment to improve the performance of a manufacturing system, improve manu facturing efficiency and product quality, innovative business models and business proc esses, reduce product cost and resource consumption.Industrial manufacturing process links in the production chain, there is a lot of uncertainty in the process, such as human and material dynamic mobile, production e quipment conditions slow and sudden changing, and production process parameters an d production environment of dynamic change, also some manufacturing environment e xist strong electromagnetic interference, metal dielectric, many obstacles such as multi interference. Dynamic deterministic process and complex interference environment of nodes sensing and transmission challenges. The main purpose of this paper is to stu dy the application in the manufacturing industry of the Internet of things in terms of location aware routing and transmission key technologies.Networking is wireless sensor network, for complex manufacturing environment i n the presence of strong electromagnetic interference, metal dielectric and many obsta cles such as multi interference caused by node localization error. In this paper, the o f wireless sensor network two common RSSI and DV-Hop localization algorithm has carried on the thorough analysis and research, summed up the advantages of the two methods and the insufficiency, give full play to the advantages of the algorithm, in order to adapt to the manufacturing industry networking scene, put forward a based on RSSI and DV-Hop algorithm. Through the simulation algorithm analysis to the alg orithm to improve the localization accuracy.Localization algorithm get node location information for location routing, in view of the large amount of energy consumed by the non position based routing in Pan Hong way of networking and storage routing list, while coping with manufacturing d ynamic mobile changes of each object in the industry environment, this paper puts fo rward a information element Energy Balanced Routing Algorithm Based on location i nformation, can avoid non location routing energy consumption in flooding networkin g and storage routing list, but also can avoid some nodes too fast energy consumptio n and failure, to reach a total network nodal equilibrium and low energy consumptio n and prolonging the lifetime of network nodes and from the.In this thesis, we mainly study adapt to the manufacturing industry of the Intern et of things node localization algorithm and localization algorithm, aiming at the man ufacturing industry of mobile and dynamic multipath interference, the location and ro uting algorithm will be very good to adapt to the environment, will promote the man ufacturing networking and other core technology research development, and play a po sitive role in the industrialization of networking applications.
